Baranovichi Automobile Units Plant Open Joint Stock Company employs the quality management system in the design and manufacture of component and spare parts for automotive and towed vehicles and railway rolling stock, and consumer goods that has been certified to the National Compliance Certification System according to STB ISO 9001-2009 (Certificate of Compliance No. BY/112 05.01.009 00081 dd. May 3, 2010).

The National System certificate has been issued to the Environmental Management System according to STB ISO 14001-2005 (Certificate of Compliance No. BY/112 06.01.074 00011 dd. December 22, 2009).

Our Plant is well known as a supplier for assembly lines at automobile colossuses such as MAZ, MZKT, BelAZ, GAZ, KamAZ, Ural, PAZ, LAZ, LLC Likinsky Bus etc.

We work hard to design and implement procedures of statistic process management, strategic planning of produce quality and management schemes, procedures of measurement system analysis, type and potential failure consequences analysis, production coordination process. When we implement this standard it will raise the entire staff's responsibility for quality.

On June 21, 2011 the plant has passed the certification audit of quality management system of the body of United Registrar of Systems Ltd. (URS) (UK), recognized as an international task force the automotive industry (IATF). After successfully traversed audit of JSC «BAAZ» issued a certificate for quality standard ISO / TS 16949-2009.

Certificate of Compliance, recorded June 30, 2011 in the register, confirms that the quality management system for design, development and manufacture of hydraulic jacks, hydraulic shock absorbers and steering components for motor vehicles of «BAAZ» meets the requirements of ISO / TS 16949.

ISO / TS 16949 - is an international industry standard developed for the automotive industry based on ISO 9000 standards.

In today's world, national standards for quality products and quality management systems are increasingly being a substitute in the form of a single international standard, compliance with which enables organizations to compete equally in the world markets with their products. To the enterprise standard certificate ISO / TS 16949 ensures the recognition of its products internationally.

Certification to ISO / TS 16949 for automotive industry allows the organization to implement an effective quality management system, improve the quality of commercially available products and the overall efficiency of production.
